Which density grades are commonly discussed?
Commonly discussed density grades are 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 kg/m³. Confirm the grade for your specific product and application when ordering.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The general minimum order quantity is 36 m³. Confirm the final quantity for your chosen foam and construction.
How long do samples take?
The usual sample lead time is 13 days. We confirm timing after reviewing the sample requirements.
What is the normal lead time for an order?
Normal order lead time is 15–25 days. We confirm the schedule when reviewing your order.
Does the 120–150 kg/m³ density apply to every product?
No. That range refers specifically to foam used for heated steering-wheel interiors. It is not a density for acoustic, children’s, pet or bedding foam.
